MERVIN Lucky, 35, of Lot 286 West Ruimveldt, Georgetown, recently bonded to keep the peace for two years, was remanded to prison yesterday when he made another Court appearance.

Before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, he pleaded not guilty to using threatening language to Lisa Baptiste on May 29.

After refusing him bail, the Court ordered a probation report on his background for when he next appears on June 22.

Police Inspector Denise Griffith, prosecuting, reminded that Lucky was convicted on an assault charge about one month ago.
