POLICE have taken a man into custody following the discovery of an unlicensed gun and ammunition in his motor car last Sunday night.

Police said a mobile patrol stopped and searched PKK 7728 about 23:40 in Grove Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara and found the 9 mm pistol with nine matching rounds in the driver’s possession.
